HS: Library Print

In December, the High School Library held it's first book fair at the new high school! We are pleased to report that we had a total sales of $1491.07. This gave our library $596.43 in Scholastic Dollars to spend on book for our new library. Pictured here is student Jazmin R. with just a few of the books. Mark your calendars; we will be sponsoring another book fair April 24 & 25 that will promote summer reading. It will feature Buy 1; Get 1 Free!

We are also pleased to announce that our HS Library recently received a$10,000 grant from Oakstone Foundation Fund at the Community Foundation of Central Florida. (The Community Foundation of Central Florida works as a community partner assisting donors in investing charitable dollars with worthy organizations.) The $10,000 will be used to transform the Washington High School library/ media room. Thank you!
