You can electronically purchase items from the school using this online store: https://washingtoncsd.revtrak.net/ — you can also find this link on the front page of our District website.
Electronic lunch payments are accepted through our lunch system, Meal Magic.
If you have not already set up your Meal Magic parent account, go to https://washingtoncs.familyportal.cloud and view the instructions or how-to videos to create an account and add your students. Emails will be sent on 10/24/25 from Meal Magic including your student’s name, id number, and current balance. You will need this information to add them to your account. The family portal allows you to add funds to your student accounts, transfer money between students, and view student transaction history.
We have been unable to get our previous payment provider, SchoolPay, to resolve ongoing issues with their system so we will no longer be accepting payments through SchoolPay after Oct 31 2025.
We appreciate your patience during this transition. It was not our intention to switch payment providers during the school year but our previous provider made it necessary.
